Global Gathering is an annual dance music festival by "Angel Music" Group. The event started life in 2001. It expanded from a one-day event in 2005 to become the UK's first camping dance festival. The concept came about following demand in the opening of Angel Music Group’s Code, the home of Godskitchen. The organisers recognised that there was a room to expand dance music from clubs to the traditional outdoor music festival venues. It provides entertainment from a range of electronic genres, and includes live acts, house, trance and dubstep.
